We made Reflekt only for PDR.

It all started in one shop where all the work was written down by hand.

The technicians were still writing in a notebook, and that old habit was slowing them down.

I have been making ads and websites for five years. One of my clients was a leading PDR shop, and there I saw something I could not stop thinking about.

  1. Customers’ appointments were kept only in someone’s head.

In Reflekt: the appointments for the week and today’s list, at 10:30, 14:00 and 16:30
  2. Quotes were worked out on a scrap of paper.

In Reflekt: the review of a car, a draft quote panel by panel: bonnet €85, roof €108, boot lid €62, left front door €84
  3. Existing damage was never written down, and the photos of it got lost among personal pictures.

In Reflekt: the check-in report with the customer, the car, the note that the listed damage existed before the repair, and the places for photos of all four corners

I visited other shops too, and everywhere the picture was exactly the same.

“This scratch wasn’t here before.”

“The paint wasn’t chipped here.”

Technicians heard many more lines like these. Needless arguments with customers and tedious paperwork took up a lot of their time.

The big hail companies have worked with their own software for years.

Independent technicians and small shops, however, have been left on their own, as if forgotten.

General programs don’t know what a “size B dent” is.

They are made for general garages, they are old-fashioned and hard to use, and they don’t follow the way you work. That is why Reflekt is only for PDR.

Size B is for dents of 35 mm. You just count them, and the price comes from your price list.

That is how Reflekt was born.

My team and I decided not to make yet another reworked program for garages, but a simple app that follows exactly how a PDR shop works.

“There is only one goal: to end the chaos and spare you this repetitive, tedious work.”

This is where we are going.

1country is where we started: Bulgaria. Since then, Reflekt has also started working in Ukrainian and Polish.

+5countries are next in our plan: Ireland and the United Kingdom, and our neighbours Romania, Serbia and Greece, because the problem there is the same.

The first shops that work with us decide what Reflekt will look like in a year.

That is why we listen to you first.

I will help you get started myself.
