  1. One quote a day

    You count the dents by tapping the screen instead of using a calculator, so every quote takes you less time.

    When a customer says “that wasn’t there”, the photos and the signature from the check-in show what was already on the car. A dispute like that can cost you more than the subscription.

How do I start?

You fill in the form, and within one working day we write to you to arrange a free demo by video call, which takes 30–40 minutes. After the demo you can use Reflekt free for 14 days, with no card and no automatic payment. If you want to carry on, we set it up with you by video call for €49, or at no extra cost with yearly payment, and the first invoice comes at the end of the trial.

Can I stop at any time?

Yes, you can stop at any time. To end the monthly subscription, email us 30 days in advance. The yearly subscription runs until the end of the year you have paid for, and the money is not refunded. After the subscription ends, we keep your data for another 90 days so that you can ask us for a copy, and then we delete it.

Is VAT added?

Our prices exclude VAT, and what happens with VAT depends on your country.

Ireland. If your business has an EU VAT number, no VAT is added (reverse charge). Without one, Bulgarian VAT at 20% is added.

United Kingdom. We do not charge UK VAT: if your business is VAT-registered, you account for it under the reverse charge.

In other countries, the invoice shows any VAT before you pay.

How do I pay?

You pay by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the invoice from our Bulgarian company, and nothing is taken from your card automatically. If you are late with a payment, we write to you first. Even if we suspend access, your data is kept, and we restore access as soon as you pay.

What does the setup include?

We enter your price list, create the accounts for the owner and the technicians, help you install the app on your phones and do the assessment and the quote for one real car together. You send us your price list before the video call, and we prepare it in advance. The setup costs €49 once, and with yearly payment it is included. We do the setup only by video call, not at your shop. During the first week you can call us with any question.

Can I have several shops?

Yes, you can have several shops. Each shop has its own subscription and its own data, and if you have two or more, we will offer you a combined price.

In the demo, we make a quote for a car from your shop.

Send us your price list before the video call, and you will see Reflekt with your own prices. Then you can decide for yourself whether €49 a month is worth it.
