Every picture comes from the real app, in a demo shop, and shows the work from scanning the VIN to the report for the month.

You scan the VIN,
and the car is saved.

The camera reads the VIN from the windscreen or the door pillar. Then the car goes through six steps, from the assessment to the payment.

Everything about one panel is on one screen.

You tap the panel, count the dents on it, and Reflekt takes the price from your price list.

  1. Steel or aluminiumThe price depends on the material.

  3. FactorsDamage on an edge or a deep crease adds a percentage to the price.
  4. Car park dentYou measure its widest part in centimetres.
  5. Existing damageYou mark it, but it is not included in the price.
  6. Removal and refittingIt is charged by the hour at your rate.

The prices on the phone: a quick A–D reference, count per panel, steel or aluminium; the lists for hail (a matrix, 59 prices), car park dents (by size, 16 prices) and hourly rates (10 services); factors and discounts (11)

The prices are yours.

Your price list is on your phone, and you change any price with one tap.

The quote is approved in three steps.

You review it and send it, and the customer accepts the price from their phone without installing anything.

  1. The review of the assessment: four panels with their sizes and prices, the total with VAT and a package discount
  2. How to send the quote: as an approval link or as a PDF file
  3. The quote on the customer’s phone: the total of €352.99 with VAT, valid until 15 November 2026, the terms and a green “Accept the price” button

The status on your phone changes by itself: “Quote not sent”, then “Awaiting approval”, and finally “Approved”.

The check-in report: Aoife Kelly, a 2017 Seat Leon, 171-D-29934, the existing damage section and the places for photos of the four corners
The customer’s finger signature and the “Sign and lock” button

Both reports
are signed with a finger.

  1. Check-in

You photograph the car from all four corners and mark the damage that is already on it.

  2. Hand-over

The customer looks at the car with you and signs that they have collected it.

After the signature, the report becomes a PDF file that cannot be changed. You send a copy to the customer with one tap.

The technician times the work on every car.

They tap “Start work” when they begin and “Car is ready” when they finish. At the end, Reflekt shows how long the work on the car took.

For example, 2 hours and 40 minutes of work on the car.

A car in repair: the assessment is locked, quote 0001/2026 for €360.00 was approved on 31.10 and the check-in is signed; the Repair step shows the “Start work” and “Car is ready” buttons

The payment for the car goes straight into your income.

As soon as you mark that the customer has paid, the amount from the quote is saved as income, and the month’s total updates by itself.

The finances for November 2026 on the phone: income €3,160.00, expenses €1,355.00, profit €1,805.00, and the entries: hail +€940.00 for the lot inspection at Tolka Motors, hail +€355.00, hail +€1,180.00, rent −€1,150.00

The accountant’s report: a “Send by email” button, and a PDF and an Excel file with the month’s income and expenses

You send the accountant’s report in PDF and Excel straight from the app.

Materials, discounts and insurers are part of the quote.

When the repair is finished, Reflekt already has everything for the paperwork: the customer, the damage and the amounts.

Materials

You record the glue sticks, glue and other products you used on the car, and they go into the month’s expenses.

The quote shows the VAT

The prices in your list exclude VAT, the way you quote them. The quote adds the tax at the bottom and shows the final amount: 13.5% for car repairs in Ireland and 20% in the United Kingdom. If your business is not registered for VAT, no tax is added.

A discount and a minimum price

With a slider, you give a discount of up to 30% on the final price and see straight away what the customer will pay. The discount is a separate line, so the prices of the panels stay the same. If you have a minimum price per car, a repair that costs less is raised to that minimum, and the difference is shown on a separate line.

Insurers

You send the insurer a personal link. They see the quote with the photos and can approve all of it or a smaller amount, without an account and without the app.

A lot inspection gives you one report for all the cars.

When a car dealer or an insurer asks you to inspect many cars at once, you get one PDF and one Excel file at the end, with the discount already worked out.

Your schedule, enquiries and notifications are here too.

Instead of a notebook, you book appointments in the app, and the enquiries from your ads arrive there directly.

Appointments

You see the week’s appointments on the home screen. Customers who don’t turn up go onto the list of unreliable customers.

The week on the home screen: Tuesday the 3rd, today, 2 appointments; Wednesday the 4th, 2; Thursday the 5th, 1
The appointments for November 2026: a calendar with the number of appointments under each day, and today’s appointments at 10:30, 14:00 and 16:30

Enquiries from your ads

Every ad has its own link, so you know where every enquiry came from. The photos the customer sent are inside the enquiry.

Enquiries: where they come from this month, Facebook, 1; Shane Farrell, hail, 10 to 50 dents, Dublin, with photos

Phone notifications

Your phone tells you when a new enquiry or an answer to a quote comes in, and reminds you 60 minutes before every appointment.

The owner and the technicians have their own accounts.

Technicians see the cars they work on, and the owner also sees the money.

You decide whether technicians see the prices, and the finances are only for you.
